Disney's Description The first portion of the 2-hour tour consists of a fun training session where an expert instructs you on the basic operation of the innovative Segway Personal Transporter. You will learn how to navigate a variety of terrain types and hear how to safely deal with common situations you’ll encounter during your adventure. Your guide will point out interesting details and give you some unique insights into the design and craftsmanship behind the international pavilions. For those seeking to test their skills, there are fun opportunities to navigate different types of terrain—but don’t worry, there are shortcuts for those looking to take it easy and enjoy the sights.
The Around the World at Epcot tour allows Guests the unique opportunity to see the wonders of World Showcase while riding aboard a technologically advanced gyroscopically stabilized 2-wheel Segway Personal Transporter. Beginners are welcome—the outdoor tour includes training and safety equipment.
Once you are up to speed on the operation of the Segway Personal Transporter, your tour group will head out for a trip around Epcot World Showcase. Traveling along the 1.3-mile World Showcase Promenade, you will get spectacular views of the 11 international pavilions along the way—each pavilion is a meticulously detailed representation of a host country.

Guests entering the park before opening through the normal entrance, can enter through the turnstiles on the far left side. Bag Storage: Per discussion with Disney, no storage is provided for guest’s bags while they are on the tour. There are small storage bags on the Segways, but if you have a large volume of “stuff”, consider getting a locker. Additional Notes: This is an outdoor tour – dress appropriately, wear suncreen & good shoes. In the event of rain or other weather which prevents the use of Segways outdoors, Disney will provide a 50% refund for this tour.
